Ok, first of all, wow. I haven't been on here in like a week and a half because I was on vacation. That seems like such a long time! Warning: this will be very long. I don't even care if people reply to it, but I just have to get my excitement out because yesterday was probably one of the best days of my life so far.

I went to the concert with my best friend Wendy and her other friend Elana for an early birthday present for Wendy. I got a call on Friday from Wendy and she told me that she had won the Radio Disney contest to win a private meet n greet with Greg. We were both so excited and nervous about meeting him in private (we had met him before, but never had a private meet n greet with him). So anyway, we got there and found Elise, a girl who works for radio disney, because she was the one who had to give us the passes and lead us to Greg. So she just told us that she would find us when Greg was ready. It just so happens that we got there just in time for the soundchecks to start. Greg's soundcheck was pretty funny. He started humming "Sugar, We're Going Down" by Fall Out Boy and the audience started singing it back to him lol. Vinny made this corny joke: "What do you say when you are done with your dinner? CHECK!" But then I said it was supposed to be "Check please!" but idk if he heard me. After Greg's soundchecks were done, Elise waved us over and we started walking toward the place were we would meet Greg. On the way there, someone had to stop her and talk to her so we kinda talked to him too. It turns out that he was actually one of the performers in the show lol. His name is Ben Bledsoe and he is a very good singer and very hot if I do say so myself.

Then Elise took us into a meeting room in a building nearby the beach (that's where the concert) and Greg came in shortly. I told him it was Wendy's birthday and he said "Well, I haven't really warmed up my vocal cords yet, but I will sing it if everyone else joins in," so we sang it. LOL he kept on forgetting her name so he had to ask it again and then when he told everyone to sing happy b-day, he said "her name is Wendy. Remember that, Wendy!" Then he looked at all the signs we made him and found all the pictures very interesting. I took pictures of him looking at everyone's signs. When he signed Wendy's poster, he signed a heart and then his name and said "Sorry I think I might have ruined your poster. I can't make good hearts; my hearts always look like butts." After that, we took pictures and Elise couldn't figure out how to use my camera, so I had to show her. When I got back in position, she's like "Wait! Why isn't this working?" and Greg is like "Uh did you wind it?" in like a duh-you-should-know-what-you're-doing voice. I suggested we should take a funny face picture and Greg said "Oh that's easy. all I have to do is go like this" and he made a weird face. It was funnier in person lol, and then he started petting my head for the picture and said "I like petting people's heads," so that was, uhm, interesting for lack of a better word. The private meet n greet lasted a good ten minutes at least. It was awesome.

After the private meet n greet we went out and listened to the rest of the soundchecks and the concert started. A girl named Jessie Daniels started out. I thought she was really good. I felt bad for her in a way because we were trying to help her get the audience a little more into it because we were moving around and really energetic. During her part, it started to rain, so after she was done, they had to take a break because of the equipment. We ran into Jessie by the side of the stage and she told us that she noticed us "jamming" out in the audience lol and I told her she did great. We each got a picture (that worked out because at the regular meet n greet we were only able to get a picture or an autograph, so we were able to get both) with her. Then we went under the awning of the convention center to wait for the rain to stop and found out that the concert was being moved to inside the convention center, so we quickly got in line. When the concert started up again, Ben was first and he was awesome. He was telling us this story about how he met this girl on the beach and then her boyfriend came up and gave him a dirty look. Ben was like "Who's this?" and the girl told him that it was her boyfriend, so he sang a song called "I Love You, But I Hate Your Boyfriend."

And then it was Greg's turn! The songs he sang were: "My Life (fresh up remix)", "Undeniable," "Wonderwall (god I love that song! I have it as a ringtone lol)", "Lease My Love," "Goodbye," "Worthless," and "Take Me Back Home" in that exact order. There was a girl sitting in front who was in a wheelchair and I think she must have been sick or something because she didn't look healthy and Greg was just soooo sweet to her. He started talking to her in front of everyone and he's like "Hey, how you doing?" and then he told her that they would talk more after the show when it was more private lol. I took a picture of him talking to her. And then all of his sisters came to watch the show and he said "Look! There are my adorable little sisters!" and then started calling them all these names. But then he said "Amanda is too old to be called names." and then he turned to Amanda and said "I love you, Amanda" and then whispered "Maybe not," into the microphone and then he said he was just kidding. Then he started making all these weird baby sounds. LOL it was so funny. During one song he went over and sat on her lap hehe. Oh yeah and his new drummer (Steve, I think his name was. feel free to correct me if I'm wrong) was wearing a shirt that said I love matt something or another (Matt was Jessie's drummer and he wore a shirt that said "I love Steve"), so I took a picture of it and btw I think Steve is kinda hot. Vinny looked so different from the last time I saw him. Anyway, more on that later.

When Greg was setting up for the meet n greets, he kept on looking at Elana's camera (she had a digital btw) and making funny faces at it so she too a picture. We got in the regular meet n greet line and each bought a Jessie Daniels cd and had her sign it. Ben's cds were all sold out so we just took a picture with him. Then we got to Greg and Wendy gave him two stuffed monkeys. One was wooden that her mom painted for him and the other one Wendy bought for him. He really liked it. When he put it around his neck, it started making the monkey noise, so I said "See? It likes you already!" and he took a picture with Wendy while he was wearing the monkey and they both did the rock symbol. Me and Elana got pics with him next and I told him to come back to NJ and he promised he would.

Lastly (finally!) we got pictures with the Greg Raposo Band and I told Steve that I liked his shirt but Vinny thought I was talking to him, so I just told them I loved all their shirts. Vinny whispered to me "But you know you like mine the best!" and I just laughed and gave him a thumbs up. I love Vinny. He's awesome. Then we left and I slept over Wendy's house and am not going to work today because I am too tired.

This one was at Kidfest at the Atlantic City Convention Center. This time, Wendy and I each made our own posters (I forget what mine said) and the meet n greets were before the concert. I met Nikki Cleary for the first time at this concert and she was really nice and down to earth. She seemed very appreciative of her fans. I bought her cd and the guy I bought it from wanted to see my sign because he thought it was great and then he asked Nikki if she saw it yet and she said she thought it was great.. Next it was Greg. I think he must not have remembered me on this particular occasion because he said, "It's nice to meet you," and "I'll be looking for you during the show!" LOL he is such a flirt! But, anyway, after Greg was Jesse. He seemed to really like my sign this time as well, but he seemed like he was in a bad mood or something because he didn't really say more than like 2 words to me, but I didn't really mind. We couldn't take pictures at this meet n greet either. After the meet n greet was over, Wendy and I went to find seats to sit in for the concert because we didn't feel like standing. and we had to eat our lunch while waiting for the concert to start. The concert started and Nikki was first. She did a really great job and sang most of the songs off of her cd. Then, Greg came out and said "You know, my good friend Jesse McCartney and I were talking backstage and we were saying how we both love coming to NJ because of all the hot girls." I think every girl in the audience must have blushed when he said that! So anyway, we had to sit on the bleachers, which were in back so that we could hold up our sign and not have to worry about people complaining about how they couldn't see over the sign. During one of the songs, Greg actually came all the way back to the bleachers and sat down a few rows ahead of us (I got a picture of his back lol), so that was pretty cool. After Greg, we heard Miss America 2004 speak about world issues. That was pretty cool. Jesse came on a few minutes after Miss America and sang all of the songs off his ep plus "Take Your Sweet Time," "Crowded Town," "Crush'n," and then he performed "The Best Day of My Life" for the very first time (he told us he had recorded it the week before). I think he might have sang more than that, but I forget what other songs he sang. During Jesse's performance, Greg snuck into the stands wearing a hoodie and caused an uproar. That was kind of funny lol. The whole concert was amazing. After the concert, we had to go back to the merchandise table because Wendy decided that she wanted to get Jesse's EP because she hadn't gotten it yet. It was really lucky that we did that because they decided to have a second meet and greet. Greg and Nikki were there, but Jesse had to leave. I told Nikki the concert was awesome and had her sign my cd and my sign. I also asked her dancers to autograph my sign. They were all really nice. Then I told Greg what an awesome job he did and how much I enjoyed myself and he seemed really appreciative because he is so awesome.

Franklin Mills Mall, PA (10/25/03)

This was at the Franklin Mills Mall in Philadelphis. The meet n greet was again at FYE. We got there like an hour beforehand and I had to buy another Greg cd for my friend who could not come with us. With the cd came a wristband that everyone needed to get in to the meet n greet. The problem was that Wendy (she came with me to all the Greg concerts/meet n greets I've been to so far) did not want to buy another Greg cd because she had no one to give it to, so we had my mom go back in FYE saying that her daughter had bought a Greg cd, but never got a wristband, so that worked and we both got wristbands. There was a girl standing in front of us that we started to talk to because she made this huge Greg poster, so we talked to her a little bit to kill time. Then the line started to move. I took a picture of Greg's expression when he saw the sign the girl made him, and, let me tell you, it was pretty funny! So then Wendy and I went up to him and it turns out he remembered us! We each got a picture with him and his autograph again. As soon as the meet n greet was done, we rushed to find where the concert would be held and got like fourth row, so that wasn't too bad. During the performance, he kept pointing and winking at us lol. Oh yeah, I almost forgot. Before the concert, there were some contests and activities runned by VERB (haha it's what you do!) so he participated in some of that. We took pictures of him rock climbing and bouncing a basketball back and forth to people.

Cherry Hill Mall, NJ (9/23/03)

This was like 3 weeks after his cd came out. It was at the Cherry Hill Mall in NJ. I first heard about it because my friend Wendy found out through another friend that she has, so we went together. I was soooo nervous. It was my first time ever meeting a celebrity and I was sweating like a pig lol, but, for some reason, Wendy was cold. We got in line and our place was near clear glass doors. The meet n greet was in FYE and the doors were right near there. As we were standing in line and talking, this girl in front of us turns around, looks out the door and goes, "OMG there's Greg!", and, sure enough, it was him. We got to see him entering the building. That was my very first sighting of him lol. So once he got settled, the line started moving. I was shaking like crazy at this point. Wendy went first and he asked what her name was so she told him. Then, he said the cutest thing to her. He said, "Can I be your Peter Pan?" and of course she said yes. So I took a picture of them together. Then it was my turn and I went up to him and he said, "Hey what's up?" and I said "Not too much." and then I asked him for a picture, so Wendy took a picture of us and I asked him for a kiss on the cheek because I saw other girls do it and he obliged. I didn't want to wash my cheek after that lol. So then after that we walked around the mall a little bit and then decided to go back to FYE. We saw the girl who told Wendy about the concert in line, so we went up to talk to her. She asked us to come with her to meet Greg because she didn't have anyone to take her picture with him, so we went with her. When Greg saw us again, he said "Hey, you two! Long time, no see" and then I realized that I was supposed to get 2 autographs instead of one, so I asked for another one and he was very sweet about it. After that, we just kind of wondered around FYE, kinda shopping and kinda looking at Greg. I actually did end up buying something, though.
